Montecito Medical Acquires Another Medical Office Property in North Carolina

UNC Health Internal Medicine - Chapel Hill, NC

Montecito Medical, a leading acquirer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired an 11,515-square-foot medical building in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.


The two-story building is fully occupied and tenanted to the UNC Physicians Network—part of UNC Health—which uses the property as an internal medicine clinic.
